Cooling loads follow the CIBSE/industry component method for UK conditions (24 °C indoor): fabric & ventilation gain from room volume and insulation, solar gain per window, external-door gain, and internal heat from people and equipment — with extra roof gain on loft rooms and an exposure factor for your property type. Assumes a standard 2.4 m ceiling; south-facing or heavily glazed rooms may need more. Prices use our standard fitted-price list (units fitted with power isolation, condensation drip to floor, pipework boxed in trunking) and exclude the electrician cost for a dedicated circuit.
